WHO WE ARE AllSale is an online marketplace operated by ACCENT INFOTECH LIMITED, a New Zealand company (Company Number 7625697), based in Auckland, New Zealand. WHAT WE COLLECT When you use AllSale we collect the information you give us (name, email, phone, listings, messages, business details) and some technical information (device, IP address, usage data via cookies). WHY WE COLLECT IT We collect this information to run the marketplace: creating your account, publishing your listings, connecting buyers and sellers, processing payments and subscriptions, preventing fraud, and providing customer support. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH We never sell your data. We share it only with the other party to your transaction or enquiry, with the service providers that run our platform (payments, hosting, email), and with authorities when the law requires it. PAYMENTS All payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card number. YOUR RIGHTS Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account.
