Shipping & Delivery HOW SHIPPING WORKS ON ALLSALE AllSale is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across New Zealand. Delivery is arranged per listing, and shipping options are shown on each product page. 1. DELIVERY OPTIONS Depending on the seller and the item, you may see: - Pickup — collect the item directly from the seller. Always agree on a time and public meeting place through AllSale chat. - Local delivery — some sellers offer delivery within their area; any fee is shown on the listing. - Courier shipping — for items purchased through AllSale checkout, sellers dispatch via tracked courier within New Zealand. 2. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs (if any) are set by the seller and displayed on the listing and at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. 3. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES Sellers are expected to dispatch within 3 working days of payment confirmation unless the listing states otherwise. Typical courier delivery is 1-3 working days for North Island and 2-5 working days for South Island and rural addresses. 4. TRACKING Where the seller ships by tracked courier, your tracking number appears in your order details. If you have not received tracking within 3 working days of payment, contact the seller through AllSale chat. 5. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, or the item arrives damaged, contact the seller first through the platform. For orders paid through AllSale checkout, if it is confirmed lost we will work with the seller to reship or refund you in full. Keep all packaging and photos of any damage — they are needed for courier claims. 6. CLASSIFIED ADS (DIRECT DEALS) For classified listings where payment happens directly between buyer and seller (bank transfer, cash on pickup), shipping is arranged privately between both parties.
